Embracing The Wild

Embracing the Wild is an encounter group for women meeting online and in-person.

​

Let's sit around the campfire and process what it is like to be together in the moment as well as what emerges from this experience of togetherness.

 

Part of this process will be an invitation to reflect on our relationship to the natural world, how we feel connected to it and what we learn from being within it.  

 

An opportunity for sharing stories, experiences, learning from others and for personal growth.

We will intend to bring an accepting, non-judgmental, empathic and genuine presence to each other. These are known as the core conditions; a concept from person-centred theory.

​

Please note: Embracing the Wild is not therapy but it can be therapeutic.
